Volunteer Program: Pay Invoice
Volunteer training costs $400, with this fee being waived upon completion of service hours. Training invoices are issued when contractual service hours are not met, post-classroom training (not including practice shifts & independent learning completion). Fees are prorated based on hours served. You may pay your invoice in increments that suit your financial needs.
You may instead choose to pay your invoice by mail, with checks payable to Lines for Life, 5100 SW Macadam Ave, Suite 400, Portland, OR 97239.
