Acute Care Registry Coordinator – Lines for Life is starting an Acute Care Registry Program and will be setting up a new line at its 24/7 call center to track and provide information on placements for youth with high acuity behavioral health needs across the state of Oregon. Lines for Life is looking to hire a coordinator to be the primary overseer of the clinical component of this new program and will act as a liaison with treatment bed providers across the state.
Master’s Crisis Intervention Specialist (Swing Shift) – Lines for Life is anticipating an increase in call volume this summer and will need an additional Master’s Crisis Intervention Specialist to answer crisis and referral calls with care and compassion across all of our crisis lines. Military Crisis Intervention Specialist – Lines for Life is accepting applications for MCIS candidates to answer the Veteran’s Crisis Line and Military Helpline from active military members, veterans, and their families with care and compassion and within the scope of the military services program. Veterans or candidates with experience working with the military and veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.
On-Call Crisis Intervention Specialist – As we approach the summer, Lines for Life has a higher need for On-Call Crisis Intervention Specialists to work in the crisis lines department while regular staff are out of the office or in training or when there is a sudden influx in call volume so that we can ensure that we are available for callers in need. This position requires crisis intervention knowledge, the ability to empathize with callers in crisis, and a flexible schedule.
YouthLine Crisis Intervention Specialist (Floater) – Lines for Life’s YouthLine department is looking to hire someone who is passionate about working with youth and has the clinical skills to supervise and assist youth volunteers answering calls, texts and chats on the peer-to-peer crisis line during the hours of 4 PM – 10 PM. This position requires a flexible schedule to cover shifts when the regular YouthLine staff are out of the office.
Regional YouthLine Coordinator, Central Oregon – Lines for Life is seeking to expand its YouthLine program in Central Oregon and is seeking a regional coordinator to engage local youth and community stakeholders throughout Central Oregon in mental health related prevention outreach activities and classroom education. This position will also supervise youth volunteers on the YouthLine hotline.
