Recovery Now Substance Use Disorder Treatment Coordinator – Lines for Life is starting a new Recovery Now Substance Use Disorder Treatment Clearinghouse Program and will be starting a new line at its 24/7 call center to track and provide information on availability of placements across the state of Oregon for individuals with substance use disorder (SUD) including opioid use disorder (OUD). The Recovery Now Registry Coordinator will act as a liaison with SUD treatment service providers and the Oregon Health Authority (OHA), maintain an interactive database that provides information on placements, and provide training and clinical recommendations to call center staff regarding SUDs, OUD and medication assisted treatments (MAT).
Substance Abuse Community Prevention Program Coordinator – Lines for Life is looking to add a new member to its Prevention Team to coordinate Lines for Life’s substance abuse community prevention programs including programs related to opioids, meth and other drugs and alcohol. This position will collaborate with leaders in the substance abuse prevention community and oversee the logistics of the programs.
Crisis Lines Shift Supervisor (Day, Swing, and Overnight Shifts)– This position supervises Crisis Intervention Specialists and volunteers during the day shift to ensure that all crisis lines calls are answered with care and compassion, and within the scope of the program. This position requires the ability to provide clinical guidance, triage phone calls and actively manage the call flow in the crisis room, provide constructive feedback, and work four to five shifts a week, .
Project Coordinator – Lines for Life has doubled in size within the last two years and is seeking a temporary Project Coordinator to support its continued growth by organizing the logistics of several special projects. Projects include main office expansion, setting up a satellite office in Central Oregon, coordinating the transition to a new Electronic Health Record, and coordinating the development of an online database that will track and provide information on the availability of substance use disorder (SUD) placements across the state of Oregon.
Staff Accountant – Lines for Life is currently seeking an experienced accountant to join our team. The Staff Accountant is responsible for accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and other general ledger related reconciliations and reporting. The Accountant will assist with preparation of operating budgets to help the Leadership Team make informed decisions.
Development Database & Grants Coordinator– Lines for Life is looking to hire someone who is passionate about database management to coordinate Lines for Life’s donor database (Salesforce), as well as to coordinate all grant logistics, assist with event planning and provide internal program support for the Director of Development. The deadline to apply is April 12, 2019 and interviews will begin the following week.
Overnight On-Call Crisis Intervention Specialists – Lines for Life is regularly looking to hire On-Call Crisis Intervention Specialists to answer crisis and referral calls during overnight shifts (typically 11 pm – 7 am or 12 am – 8 am) when our regular staff are out of the office in order to make sure that we are adequately staffed to provide caring and compassionate service to people in crisis. If you have a degree in a behavioral science field and crisis intervention training and experience, we encourage you to apply today.
YouthLine Crisis Intervention Specialist (On-Call) – Lines for Life’s YouthLine department is looking to hire someone who is passionate about working with youth and has the clinical skills to supervise and assist youth volunteers answering calls, texts and chats on the peer-to-peer crisis line during the hours of 4 PM – 10 PM. This position requires a flexible part-time schedule to cover shifts when the regular YouthLine staff are out of the office. Mondays – Thursdays are currently the days of the week with the greatest need.
