Recovery Now: Treatment Access Line

In partnership with the Oregon Health Authority (OHA), Lines for Life has established the Recovery Now: Treatment Access Line. The Treatment Access Line is a 24/7 line with an interactive data system designed to move towards a more streamlined referral process for Opiate Use Disorder (OUD) and Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment in Oregon.

Phase One of the system will track accessibility to Oregon-Approved Opioid Treatment Programs providing Medically Assisted Treatment (MAT). Nineteen outpatient providers from across the state will participate in the initial phase, providing up-to-date information regarding treatment openings at their facilities. Trained clinical staff at Lines for Life’s 24/7 call center will access the database and use this real-time information to offer referrals to individuals seeking MAT.

Phase One of the Recovery Now: Treatment Access Line will encompass all Outpatient Opioid Treatment Providers in the state of Oregon in 2019. The goal is to expand to include treatment availability of all outpatient & residential SUD services, detox centers, and all MAT prescribers in the state over subsequent years.
