We are proud and excited to share that this year 3 teams ran and raised money for Lines for Life by participating in the largest relay in the world. They ran 199 miles, all the way from Timberline Lodge on Mount Hood to the sandy beaches of the Pacific Ocean in Seaside. Here are some photos and some comments from the team captains.
“The race went great and we had an awesome time. The team was very excited that we raised over $6000.00 for Lines for Life!”
Team Just in Time, Renee Paradis, Captain
“Our team came together nicely and we were all honored to run for your organization. Each of us had gone out to the website
and checked out what you did for people and we all felt great about the money raised.”
Team Gateway to Roadkill, Steve Scanlon, Captain
“We were all so happy to have had the opportunity to raise funds for Lines for Life again!”
Team Public Enema, Amanda Kingery, Captain
We want to say a big ‘Thank You’ to all team members and to the Hood to Coast organization for supporting Lines for Life and the individuals, families and communities that we serve.
